Detailed rules of territories meant for building
Living areas for build-up
1.,
The living belt is according to the particular usage:
a, country-like (FAL)
b, greenbelt (KL)
2., The division of the living areas contains
the project of the regulation.
3., This living area has characteristically few
population. Outside of the built-up lots has the region agriculturally
utilized areas too, and serve for placing of farming- and forestry
buildings. The territory can be built-up by order of paragraphes
number 14. and 32. of OTÉK.

and built-up as following:

The instruction used on plansheet of regulation, regarding
to the area is variable for freestanding building-up method,
if there isn't any violation of other law applying to developing
and building-up.

Inside of the living area can be established garage, storage,
retail shop, workshop, atelier, cellar, press-house, place for
animals, granary, barn. The groundterritory of the place for animals
can be maximum 10% of the buildingsite territory, by built-in
regulation. Place for animals can be built only to one's own needs,
for domestic small animals.
7., There can be established garden building,
greenhouse, subgrade building, waste basin, display case, connection
of public service, place for firing, icepit.
8., In the newly developed living area is the
maximum height of building 4,5 m, or has to be taken into consideration
the already existing height.
Attic can be built-in.
Buildings are allowed to build by the prescribed order with minimum
30, maximum 45 grade angle of pitch and tiling in scaled way.
Mainbuildings are allowed to build only parallel or perpendicular
crest to the street. In case of parallel crest, gable and firewall
can't be built on side of neighbours.
9., The conditions of the issue of the construction
permit is the beginning the operations of public utilities and
the issue of the permit of use is the conserning rate of the public
services: potable water, elektricity, drains.
10., It has to be taken into consideration the
signed building line for establishing houses in the building area,
in lack of it can be applied the rule, 35 paragr. of OTÉK, or
adapted to the existing building-up.
