The founder of the company works on territoryof estate distribution from year 1990. In the beginning periods he was engaged in building, transmition and organizing of 2-3 flats semi-detached houses in Budapest.
He started with the developement of territory in 1995. In 1999-2003 with his group he realized the Szentjakab parkvillage in Mogyoród (Szentjakab Parkvillage Building- and Supporting Ltd.) (www.szentjakab.hu) It was an investment 24 hectares territory with self-contained houses, terraced houses and semi-dettached houses. Here , in this almost substantive, peaceful and quiet parkvillage are living now very satisfiedmore then houndred people.
The year 2003 was founded the Szentistván Parkvillage Ltd. to work out a new villagepart of 27 hectares territory, near to the international recognised botanical garden in Vácrátót, in Pest county. On completition of the developing are the wireing of public services in 2005, after finishing of the building can almost 221 families move in their own home.
